Speaker: Carissa Rainey, Fitness Specialist at MercyOne Health & Fitness
Carissa has a degree as a B.A. in Health Promotion and Education emphasis in Wellness and Fitness from University of Northern Iowa. She is certified as a CPR Instructor Certified (American Heart Association), CPR/AED Certified (American Heart Association) and Smoking Cessation Certified (American Cancer Society). Holistic Health, Senior Fitness and Positive Motivation are her specialties. Carissa is passionate about helping others achieve their optimal health through positivity, encouragement, and knowledge. In her free time she enjoys playing volleyball, spending time with my family and friends and being active outdoors.
