Whether you’re considering starting a business or are already all in, it’s transformational to understand available resources. Coaching is one of the many ways to leap outside your comfort zone. Learn what it is, how it unlocks clarity, why it’s a growing industry + how to take the first step in aligning with someone to walk alongside you.
Our speaker...
fullCIRCLE creative + coaching, LLC founder Kim Gratny combines her lifelong obsession with horses and passion for growth + transformation into a coaching + consulting business.
In the coaching, arena, Kim comes alongside highly motivated, growth-oriented humans within businesses to pause + reflect on how they "show up" in their personal + professional lives. Through 1:1 coaching sessions, clients are given permission to pause in safe, non-judgmental space to make impactful discoveries about the non-technical yet essential “softer side” of business. For accelerated development, individuals, non-profit + corporate groups partner with horses to engage in experiential learning at a facility 25 minutes from downtown Des Moines.
As a consultant, Kim serves as an outside, objective + trustworthy resource that guides business leaders to meet life’s “messiness” with grace, empathy, vulnerability, transparency, compassion + heart. A thought-provoking + perspective-challenging framework shifts mindsets to solve problems more creatively, more intentionally choose future direction + develop clarity about the impact of decisions on humans. As a result, a higher purpose + the freedom to be a difference maker becomes reality for humans + their businesses.
As a facilitator + trainer, Kim conducts energizing + interactive group discussions about the topic of emotional intelligence (EQ). Participants learn about the science behind it, why it matters + how to take steps toward regulating emotions for more harmonious home + work environments.
Kim is certified in Equine (horse)-Guided Education (EGE), a member of the Iowa Chapter of the International Coaches Federation (ICF) + the Iowa Center for Economic Success Strategic Advisory Committee (SAC). She’s part of a ministry team with Right Turn Cowboy Church where God connects humans + horses to learn the gospel. Her peaceful place is outdoors on the farm with her husband, their five children, friends, horses, cattle, sheep + dogs.
