About Us

Kids Lead Occupational Therapy is a pediatric occupational therapy practice serving children and families in the Des Moines area. We specialize in developmental occupational therapy using a relationship-based, play-focused approach to support children’s regulation, social development, communication, sensory processing, and daily life skills.

Our practice emphasizes connection as the foundation for growth. Through child-led play and strong partnerships with caregivers, we help children build the skills they need to participate more fully at home, school, and in their communities. Kids Lead provides individualized therapy, parent coaching, developmental groups, and collaborative programs designed to support the whole child and family.
