Artist Jeremy Jarvis will help participants paint parts of the mural on the bay doors of the Harbach Center.
 
When: Saturday, September 27, 10 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. 
 
What: Clive is partnering with artist Jeremy Jarvis to create a mural at the Harbach Center. Jarvis is hosting a community painting day tomorrow to encourage residents to share a connection with public art. Participants are asked to register for time slots at cityofclive.activityreg.com. The mural, made possible in part by a grant from Bravo of Greater Des Moines, will feature local plants and animals in celebration of Clive’s natural spaces.
 
Who: Community members, Clive City Council, and staff will help to paint initial portions of the mural.
 
Where: The Harbach Center at 8505 Harbach Blvd. in Clive. The event will take place at the Harbach Center bay area doors.
